What we're looking for : We're looking for an outstanding Principal Consultant. Are you a problem solver, proficient in Consulting methodologies and have great technical knowledge? Then we may have the job for you!

Position Overview : Primary Responsibilities

  • Plans and leads all aspects of basic and intermediate projects.
  • Proactively detects technical deficiencies and develops practical, workable solutions to problems.
  • Establishes themselves as a technical guide with broad industry knowledge.
  • Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects
  • Helps team members, customers and partners understand the connection between industry events/ trends and what is going on at Citrix.
  • Conveys the Citrix vision in very real and relevant terms that others can identify with, helping others see how things will improve as the “future state” draws near.
  • Stays focused on department and Citrix strategic priorities and allocates their time and resources accordingly
  • Works with others to consistently break down barriers between departments and actively mentoring more junior team members.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Science from an accredited university, 1-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant or equivalent experience.
  • English professional proficiency with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with members across all levels of an organization, particularly executive partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Prior experience with people management and mentoring in a direct and/or matrix reporting capacity.
  • Proficient in the aspects of project launch and closure.
  • Ability to act as technical expert.
  • Proactively seek ways to expand technical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly proficient in at least one major Citrix product.

CCEA and MCSE/MCITP or CCNA certifications preferred.

Willing to travel 50% of the time.
