About the Role : We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense! In this role, you will manage our local operations and be a key leader in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

This role calls for a combination of savvy analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment. What you'll do :

  • Work closely with our operations team to grow our business and overcome challenges

  • Problem Solving. Scope complex problems and derive solutions based on analysis

  • Develop & Optimize Processes. Take picture ideas and break them into steps.

  • Stakeholder management. Build and develop positive relationships with teams (e.g., Central Ops, S&P, Marketing, CommOps, Policy, Comms, Legal, etc.) in order to successfully contribute to the long-term growth of the territory while building a global network.

  • Teamwork. Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional teams and regional team members in order to successfully contribute to the long-term growth of the subregion What you'll need :

  • 4+ years of experience with proven track record of solving analytical problems

  • MBA

  • Proficiency in English

  • Ideal background experience in consulting, e-commerce, retail, investment banking, technology, any operations-intense fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial setting, or related field

  • You like taking initiative and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment

  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking

  • Strong project management skills

  • Creative solutions mindset with an affinity to constantly A/B test ideas

  • Entrepreneurial DNA

  • SQL, Python or R are desirable
