QA Automation Engineer (Python)

• Proven experience in software testing and test automation, with a demonstrable understanding of software development and testing practices.
• Programming skills in Python
• API testing experience
• Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL/PL-SQL, writing queries, stored procedures and scripts
• Expertise in developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Hands-on experience creating and analyzing Defect Reports and root-cause analysis
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Solid experience with automation drivers (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.)
• Experience executing functional testing: white box, black box, regression, smoke test
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
