Join our global TUI Musement Team in Liberia Guanacaste Costa Rica as an Sales Representative providing daily customer service and sale tours to our guest in 1 to 3 hotels. This role is located in Costa Rica and requires all applicants to already have the rights to live and work in Costa Rica before applying. ABOUT THE JOB Listen to customer requirements and present our services appropriately to make a sale Escort airport transfers and/or meet & greet our guest at the airport Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction ABOUT YOU An experienced individual in tourism business.
