The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; data maintenance and quality reviews, record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. The role is also expected to handle ad hoc tasks and lead/participate with the team's initiatives. The role will also mainly work on Data Integrity tasks and initiatives. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 will coordinate and work with relationship managers, project managers, SMEs and other key stakeholders. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Static Data / Data Management, Reconciliation/Investigation, Records Management
  • Employee may be aligned to a single or multiple business lines / areas
  • Responsible for routine operational and administrative work
  • Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation
  • Submit work to senior team members for review and approval
  • Perform data quality reviews and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and policy/regulatory compliance of data maintained by the team
  • Handle Ad Hoc tasks for Data integrity and reconciliation work by the team
  • Lead/Participate in team's initiatives, projects, or process improvement efforts

Qualifications :

  • English level: Intermediate
  • Bachelor university degree in progress
  • 2 -3 years of experience related to data management
  • Knowledge and Experience on MS Office
  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors
  • Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and produce detailed reports
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results driven with attention to detail

Desirable :

  • Knowledge and Experience on Workday and SNOW system
  • Knowledge and Experience on HR Shared Services

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
