We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Specialist to support and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This hands-on role involves developing, supporting, and administering all aspects of the IAM function.

Your Impact

  • Perform key responsibilities with dependability, responsibility, and positivity.
  • Develop and improve IAM resources, including Microsoft Entra ID , Active Directory , and MIM 2016 .
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to create Enterprise-wide IAM processes and procedures.
  • Develop processes and automation for audits and reconciliations.
  • Maintain IAM security infrastructure and documentation.
  • Manage the full user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to implement them.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain IAM infrastructure and supporting processes.
  • Conduct day-to-day operational IAM activities, including monitoring IAM platform components and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement role-based access controls.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Report on Third Party Risk Management and consolidate corporate assets.
  • Document workflows and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
  • Audit identities, non-human identities, and service accounts.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in IAM.
  • Preferred certifications: AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate or SC-300 Microsoft Identity and Access Admin.
  • Strong understanding of IAM security concepts, program structure, and technical components.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD , and other IAM technologies (Okta, SailPoint, SSO, MFA).
  • Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
  • Automation and development skills, including PowerShell, and experience creating IAM provisioning solutions using SCIM.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Solutions (Thycotic, CyberArk, Azure PAM/PIM).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for stakeholder collaboration.
