What we're looking for : Our Citrix + Wrike team is growing, and we are looking for an outstanding Technical Operations Development Specialist to be part of our GTM operations team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to expand their knowledge working with outstanding systems and have a highly visible impact within the organization.

Position Overview : The position will work across departments in collaboration to help understand and maintain existing code and integrations for current processes, develop new improvements to support future processes, and consult with our internal partners regarding technical design/architecture with an emphasis in supporting Wrike's post-sales Customer Success organization.

Experience supporting post-sales, customer success, professional services, support, and engagement teams is a plus!

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Project manage enhancements and improvements to Salesforce.
  • Develop new connectors for our Workato integrations using Ruby. Optimize our current integrations to increase performance and reduce cost.
  • Scope requirements for larger process and system requests from the Client Success Organization.
  • Design and optimize new and existing systems to increase efficiency in day-to-day processes.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects encountered during different stages of project development and delivery.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to gain deep understanding of their business strategies to translate their requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Perform and participate in peer code review for ongoing projects to ensure high quality of code, technical solutions and design patterns. Build and maintain technical design documentation.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 2+ years experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, Apex, CSS, SQL or SOQL.
  • Organized self-starter who thrives on owning and improving processes within their domain.
  • Consistent track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical processes to non-technical users.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • English professional proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions and adapt to new technologies as the direct owner of new systems as our business evolves.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a rapidly changing work environment either within a team or as an individual contributor.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Passionate about learning and leveraging all types of tools to support the business.
  • Particularly curious about and driven by the possibility of system integrations
  • 3+ years Salesforce platform configurations, customizations, declarative development, improvements, troubleshooting, end-user support, platform updates and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of common integration patterns and practices.
  • Working knowledge of UI frameworks like AJAX, jQuery or JSON
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform I certifications are preferred.
  • Bonus for experience with Strikedeck, Medallia, Salesforce Digital Experience, Workato (or other integration/automation systems)
  • Good understanding of Go-to-Market processes, tech stack and system architecture.
