As a part of the Experian’s Global Security Office - Identity & Access Management department, you’ll be working in a team of security administrators in our Global Security Administration area.

In this role, you will be supporting our BAU activities by working through multiple types of requests and resolving associated incidents in relation to access for internal users and external clients; following requirements set by the Global Information Security Office and adhering to security best practices from the ISO27001 framework.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

Supporting the BAU Team in :

  • Acting as document custodian for internal procedures to ensure regular revisions for accuracy and relevance.
  • Work with other BAU team members and raise concerns to management to drive continuous improvements.
  • Reporting and help investigating hazards and potential risk events to remediate the immediate gap while also finding ways to prevent/alert on re-occurrence.
  • Assisting the IAM Assurance function in risk assessment sessions for BAU platforms to help identify and address any risks or areas of improvements as well as supporting audit calls/meetings when required.
  • Assisting IAM Engineering function in testing new system capabilities (i.e. IDC new forms, system connectivity with IDC, etc.)

Qualifications What your background looks like**

Has demonstratable experience and an understanding of:

  • 2 years work experience within a security administration type role.
  • Results driven person that drives themselves to stay within accepted SLAs for the services they provide.
  • Able to perform root cause analysis on incidents/problems to work on proper resolution.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge in PowerShell scripting, SQL language and or automation via RPA (ideal but not essential)
  • InfoSec frameworks and best practice such as NIST, ISO27001 and PCI DSS (ideal but not essential)

Additional Information This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
