About This Team

The Americas region covers a large majority of the accounts for the Citrix worldwide portfolio. We work in a very collaborative manner with other teams within Order to Cash function to get positive results. We are focused on continuous improvement and automation in order to simplify our work.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes raised by customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communication with customers.
  • Liaise with the cross functional teams within or outside the department on escalations and issues.
  • Recommends write-off requests and escalates issues
  • Works closely with credit team on credit and order on hold issues and makes suggestions on customer account status.
  • Obtain foreign tax withholding certificates when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 2 years or more experience in a fast-paced collection environment
  • Ability to adhere to a disciplined work schedule, follow directions from supervisor and understand and follow work rules and procedures.
  • Process oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills, working with pivot tables
