Multinational Company is looking for Call Center Agents for High season Contract: 03 months Hybrid position: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday in the home Schedule: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Job Description

• Proactively recognize customer needs and make recommendations • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns • Provide information about our products and services • Resolve customer complaints via phone • Be resilient and have a positive approach towards change

Requirements:

• Highschool Degree • 1 year experience as a Call Center agent • English advance knowledge
