As a Digital Designer supporting our Transportation & Electronics Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Creating aesthetically pleasing, user-centric, accessible designs that elevate our brand and engage our target audience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding project requirements and timelines, and translating concepts into captivating visuals.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously with mínimal instruction, adapting to evolving project requirements and feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with current design trends and technologies including accessibility standards.
• Understanding of digital marketing including web experience, eCommerce, marketing automation, search, and social

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Graphic or UX Design in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Advance English Level B2+

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Digital Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work
